Our Story

Based in Lagos, Nigeria operates as a virtual relocation agent. The company acts a platform, linking property owners and occupants together; acting as their go between. The company was founded in December 2022 as a result of a Capstone Project by a group of young men who were beneficiaries of a Design U and NerdzFactory Tech Programme in affiliation with Project T-MAX; a Technical and Vocational Education Training Framework, sponsored by the Federal Government of Nigeria. In December 2022, Ademola Fatade, Abidemi Omojusebinu, As'ad Adekunle, and, Olushola Abiodun Co founded the new venture, which they named EAVES. They created a website that offers relocation services for lagos residents who were looking to change their present living space to a new space but had unnecessary time lag and questionable inflated physical agent fee and commission troubles. The site eaves.com.ng officially launched February 2022.

With about a year of experience in the industry, Ademola has a proven track record of creating visually stunning designs that drive results. In addition to their successful career as a graphics designer, Ademola is also a co-founder of a cutting-edge real estate virtual agent company.

Olushola Abiodun

Front-End Web Developer with a year experience in collaborating with creative and development teams on the execution of ideas and projects with exceptional kills in Promoting and communicating new ideas, Creating process improvements,
